ColdCase offers digital detective games delivered as PDF files. These are digital goods intended for personal, non-commercial use. Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal entertainment.
2. Orders and Delivery
After a successful payment via Payhip, you will receive an email with a download link. Delivery is instant and automated. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at gasyadh@icloud.com.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD ($). Prices may be subject to VAT depending on your country of residence, as determined by Payhip at checkout.
4. Digital License — Permitted Use
- Print the PDF for personal use.
- Play with family, friends, or your team.
- Store a digital backup copy.
5. Prohibited Use
- Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the files with third parties.
- Publishing or uploading the files online.
- Using the content commercially without written permission.
- Removing or altering copyright notices.
6. Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: refunds are not available for downloaded digital goods; however, if you have not downloaded the file, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on coldcase.fun, including game materials, texts, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of ColdCase and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the product will be free of errors. ColdCase is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
